Our support is always tailored to the person — no contracts, no waiting lists, and no complicated processes. Whether it’s a one-time task or ongoing weekly help, we’re here to reduce stress and ease the pressure.
We offer a wide range of assistance, including:
Family Liaison
- Support for relatives arranging care from a distance
- Acting as a local point of contact when families can’t be nearby

Life Admin & Paperwork
- Sorting and organising household paperwork
- Explaining and completing official forms or letters
- Managing bills, direct debits, and subscriptions
- Help with benefit forms, blue badge renewals, and council services
- Liaising on behalf of clients (with consent)
Appointment & Routine Support
- Scheduling GP, hospital, or service appointments
- Writing reminders and keeping track of tasks
- Accompanying to local appointments (Hull area only)
- Setting up calendars or reminder systems (digital or paper)
In-Home Support (Hull Area)

Visits within a 5-mile radius of Hull are included at no extra cost. A small travel fee may apply beyond this and will always be agreed in advance.
Local Errands: Prescription pick-up, postal services, small shopping trips (Hull and nearby areas)
Flexible Support: Tailored help for any other everyday tasks you might need assistance

Remote Support – UK Wide
If you're based outside the Hull area, we offer nationwide virtual assistance via:
- Phone calls
- Text/WhatsApp
- Video calls (Zoom, FaceTime, WhatsApp Video)

Family Support Hub offers flexible, pay-as-you-need support with no contracts or commitments. Whether you need one-off help or regular check-ins, everything is tailored to fit your needs and budget.
Hourly Rate
- £18 per hour (local or online)
- Charged in 30-minute increments
- No hidden fees
Support Packages
Ideal for families needing regular or ongoing support.
- 5 hours – £85
- 10 hours – £160
Can be used flexibly across tasks and appointments
Includes light admin, digital help, phone check-ins, and in-person support (Hull area)
